HSBC Group- Formerly the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, HSBC is now headquartered in London, but still controls the two largest banks in Hong Kong - Hongkong Bank and Hang Seng Bank - as well as Midland Bank PLC in the UK and Marine Midland and Republic Banks in the U.S.
