Minnesota Horse Council

Minnesota Horse Council- A not-for-profit Corporation founded in 1935 to provide a vehicle for horse owners and exhibitors to coordinate horse activities with the Minnesota State Fair Board and act in uniting and supporting all statewide equine activities.
