Roxie Powell, Kansas Collateral- Poems by Beat related poet published in 1978 by CV Editions, Cherry Valley, NY, edited by poet Charley Plymell. Powell grew up in western Kansas, and started writing in the 1940s. He was part of the San Francisco scene in the early 1960s.
