Vancouver: Institute of Buddhist Learning & Practice- IBLP Vancouver is a member organization of the Buddhist International Alliance (BIA) headed by His Eminence Khejok Rinpoche. It is a branch of the international-wide network of Dharma and meditation centers bearing the common name of IBLP.
