Women's Rights Network- The National Violence Against Women Prevention Research Center was funded, in September 1998, through a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control. The Center is a consortium of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), The University of Missouri at St. Louis (UMSL), and Wellesley Centers for Women (WCW) at Wellesley College.
