Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War- Created in 1881 by the Grand Army of the Republic, the Congressionally chartered society preserves the memory of the American Civil War Union soldiers. Open to lineal male descendants of those Union soldiers and officers. Offers membership application, scholarships, upcoming events and programs, and related Civil War links.
