Office of the High Representative in Bosnia & Herzegovina- The Office of the High Representative (OHR) is the chief civilian peace implementation agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The 1995 Dayton Peace Agreement designated the High Representative to oversee the implementation of the civilian aspects of the Peace Agreement in Bosnia and Herzegovina on behalf of the International Community.
