CER - Community of European Railways- the CER brings together the 32 main railway undertakings and rail infrastructure managing bodies of Europe. It promotes the development of railway transport as essential to the creation of a transport system which is both efficient and environmentally sound. It acts as the railways' collective voice for decision-makers at EU-level.
