Guardian: Whitehall hawks patrol pigeon no-fly zone- Colin Blackstock. Chancellor Gordon Brown was now added his Treasury building to the areas being covered by falconers with hawks to control the pigeons. Nelson, Hardy, Buzz, Red and Harriet were already being used around Whitehall, including Downing Street and the Houses of Parliament.
