House of Commons - Hunting Bill 2004: Points of Order and (Procedure) (No. 3)- Alun Michael, Minister for Rural Affairs and Local Environmental Quality, moved to use the Parliament Act to force the hunting ban to become law. The Speaker was forced to suspend the sitting for one hour until he could convince his MPs it wasn't a Government trick.
