Telegraph: Challenge to ban on foxhunting is rejected- Tom Peterkin, Scottish political correspondent. The challenge by two members of the Union of Country Sports Workers to overturn the Scottish foxhunting ban by claiming that it infringed human rights failed yesterday when a judge ruled that the legislation was legitimate. The decision will be appealed.
