Between Word and Image: Modern Iranian Visual Culture

Between Word and Image: Modern Iranian Visual Culture- The site is an online version of an exhibition organized by the Grey Art Gallery and the Hagop Kevorkian Center for Near Eastern Studies, New York University. The exhibition highlights the many ways in which visual culture both reflected and affected the 1960s and '70s in Iran.
