North East Community Development Council- The North East CDC (NECDC), administers to an area that comprises three Group Representation Constituencies (GRCs) – Aljunied, Pasir Ris-Punggol and Tampines GRCs and a Single Member Constituency (SMC) – Hougang SMC.
