Andres Bonifacio: Father of Philippine Revolution- On the early morning of May 10, 1897, General Lazaro Makapagal executed Andres Bonifacio, the father of the Philippine Revolution of 1896, and his brother Procopio in Mt. Nagpatong, Maragondon, Cavite, on orders by General Mariano Noriel, Emilio Aguinaldo's adjutant.
