Capital Markets Authority (CMA)- Autonomous body responsible for promoting, developing and regulating the capital markets industry in Uganda. Functions include the stock exchange, tax policy incentives, general infrastructure, regional co-operation, foreign investment, and the licensing of broker/dealers and investment advisors.
