Blacksburg SKYWARN- Amateur radio support of the SKYWARN program for the National Weather Service. There are also materials relating to all of the counties in the warning area (CWA), ARES and SKYWARN throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, and material of general interest to weather spotters.
