USCG Auxiliary, Flotilla 73, District 13, Portland, OR- Flotilla 73 serves the greater Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington waterways. Our area of patrol responsibility includes the Willamette River from the Oregon City Falls to Kelly Point, and the Columbia River from Bonneville Dam to St. Helens.
