About Humphries Engineer Center Support Activity
Humphries Engineer Center Support Activity- Provides administrative and operational support for HQUSACE and Corps FOAs in the NCR. HECSA manages the Humphreys Engineer Center (HEC) and provides administrative support to tenants. Additionally, the HECSA Counsel Office is responsible for Intellectual Property Programs for the Corps of Engineers.
