About Franklin Island National Wildlife Refuge
Franklin Island National Wildlife Refuge- Twelve acre island about six miles from Friendship, Maine on Muscongus Bay, supports gulls, eiders, black-crowned night herons, Leach's storm petrels and ospreys.
