Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS)- Enforces provisions of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA) and related laws which establish basic standards of democracy and fiscal responsibility for unions representing employees in private industry, Federal government employees, and Postal Service employees.
