California: Ventura AHA Home- The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura was formed on February 24, 1972 under a Joint Powers Agreement among the cities of Camarillo, Fillmore, Moorpark, Ojai, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and the unincorporated areas of Ventura County. Works to provide safe, affordable housing for very low income families, elderly and physically and mentally challenged persons.
