Oceanside Community Safety Volunteers - Citizens on Patrol- A non-profit service organization comprised of volunteers from five zones: Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Arrowsmith (Errington, Coombs) and Bowser who patrol designated areas, and report to the Oceanside detachment of the RCMP.
