L.E.A.P.- The Leadership, Education and Athletics in Partnership organization strives to develop strengths and talents of young people, ages 7-14, who are living in high poverty, urban neighborhoods. Information on programs in Bridgeport, New Haven, New London, Waterbury and Hartford.
