The Virginia Association of Community Services Boards- Representing and supporting Community Services Boards in Virginia in promoting statewide coordination, improvement and expansion of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation services to all individuals with mental disabilities including those affected by mental illness, mental retardation and abuse of drugs and alcohol.
