About Acoustic Microscopy
Acoustic Microscopy- Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (SAM) is a non-destructive failure analysis or inspection technique. SAM can be performed with either the Scanning Laser Acoustic Microscope (SLAM) or the C-Mode SAM (C-SAM). (University of Maryland)
