European Nucleotide Archive (ENA)- Provides a comprehensive record of the world's nucleotide sequencing information. Contains databases of next generation sequencing reads, including RNA-seq data, submitted to the Sequence Read Archive (SRA). It also contains databases of sequence assemblies and annotations.
