shogun- A generic SVN object interface with many implementations including OCAS, Liblinear, LibSVM, SVMLight, SVMLin, and GPDT. Each SVN provides implementations of the most common kernals such as Linear, Ploynomial, Gaussian, and Sigmond Kernel. Implemented in C++ and interfaces to Matlab, R, Octave and Python. [GPL]
