BioRuby- Ruby library; goal: implement integrated environment for bioinformatics research in Ruby. Kept simple to maximize usability, efficiency for biologists as a daily tool. Begun in Japan, supported by Universities of Tokyo, Kyoto; Open Bio Foundation.
